I downloaded it, launched it, and chose to update firmware for my model. It asked for me to browse to and select the firmware file and I don't have one + don't believe it was included in the package:(- Google Search I searched for many variations of my model number, part number, 'wyse', 'firmware', 'download' with no luck for additional. Anyone else having trouble obtaining the old firmware images for older models like C10LE and 3100’s? I called Dell and spent 2 hours on the phone, and the final answer I got was an “I’ll email you the download links later”, and still have not received the links a day later.
