Hi all,
Having issues with SCCM being stuck installing applications at downloading 0%. When I check the deployment status it says waiting for content.
I know this can have something to do with boundaries so checked and the client I am trying to get working is in a IP address of *.*.34.*. On the SCCM server there is only one IP subnet of *.*.32.* and Default-first-site-name.
SCCM has been working so not sure why this has just cropped up except that it updated to SCCM 1902 yesterday.
Could this be the issue?

The details are that they are 'Waiting for another program'. I am looking for a way for jump start this system just to drop what it is doing and scan for advertisements. I've tried a few things, like initiating a hard policy reset and even performing a client repair, but that does not seem to help. Dec 05, 2016 Whenever we deploy an application, it gets stuck in Waiting to install state for a few hours. The application finally installed, but it’s not telling when it would be installed. After trying out a lot of different “fixes”, we finally fixed the problem. Psp seplugins folder download. The problem is a bug in SCCM client.
