I can't find anything on this glitch elsewhere. EDIT SOLVED: I had a mod called The Sanctuary by cip3000, and the grass textures included in that mod are the cause of the issues I had. Just in case anyone else had the same problem. These same grass textures are also in the mod called New Landscape Grass, which is by the same author. Then navigate from Textures --> Architecture --> Buildings folder. Scroll down to the bottom and find the three files beginning with 'windowplywood01'. Right click on each one of those and select hide from the drop down menu. This prevents a glitch that can occur with doors where there is a sky behind it.
